ICC YAF Conference “How to break into international arbitration”

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference and end of year cocktail in Guatemala.

Description

This ICC YAF Conference will gather arbitration practitioners with different profiles, who will share their experiences on how to break into international arbitration, either as a litigation lawyer, arbitrator, tribunal secretary, or expert. Additionally, insight will be given as to what different skills are required in arbitration compared to litigation and ordinary jurisdiction.

This conference will be followed by a networking cocktail to join the arbitral community of Guatemala and nearby countries in a casual encounter to celebrate the end of year.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
