ICC YAF: Commencing arbitration proceedings

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) in collaboration with Young ICCA are organizing a workshop on commencing arbitration proceedings: drafting arbitration clauses and filing requests for arbitration.


This event will provide useful tips and guidance for young aspiring practitioners to break into the world of international arbitration. Participants will gain insight and receive advice that will put them one step ahead of the competition.

The ICC YAF Conference will be an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration, and to enrich their network in the region.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics.
