ICC YAF: Clash between the Common Law and Civil Law in International Arbitration

The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing in collaboration with the Cambridge University Graduate Law Society an event as part of its Young Practicioner’s Event. The conference, generously hosted by the University of Cambridge, will take place on 17 March 2017.


The ICC YAF Young Arbitrators Forum is organizing in collaboration with the Cambridge University Graduate Law Society the panel ‘Clash between the common law and civil law approach in international arbitration’ as a part of its Young Practitioners’ Event, and marks the opening of the 4th annual Cambridge Arbitration Day that takes place on 18 March 2017.

This ICC YAF panel will be an ideal forum for students and young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration, and to enrich their network in the region.

Who should attend
This conference is aimed at students interested in international commercial and investment arbitration, young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years and under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics.
