ICC YAF: Challenges in International Arbitration: Transparency and the Fight Against Corruption

During this conference, participants from different jurisdictions will be able to discuss problems related to transparency and corruption fighting in international arbitration.


This conference is organized on the occasion of the XI International Arbitration Competition of the Universidad de Buenos Aires and the Universidad del Rosario.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
