ICC YAF: Arbitration vs. Litigation Debate

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organising a conference to provide a platform and to allow an objective analysis of the pros and cons of arbitration vis-a-vis litigation.


In addition to a critical debate  among accomplished panellists   with opposing views on the matter as the main theme, this event will examine the recent innovations by ICC regarding arbitration and also its capacity for SME’s.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, judges, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
