ICC YAF “Arbitration and Constitutionality”

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) and ICC Mexico are co-organizing a conference to discuss constitutional rights and limitations with regards to arbitrators.


This ICC YAF Conference will feature debates on the constitutional rights and limitations on the function of arbitrators, the use of the “amparo de garantías constitucionales” (constitutional protection) against arbitral proceedings and its impact, as well as the impact of the public order in the recognition and execution of foreign arbitral awards, among other relevant topics.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years and under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference will be an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration, and to enrich their network in the region.
