ICC YAF: Arbitration in the Americas: Where do we stand and where are we going?

The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) and ICC Mexico are co-organizing a conference on the eve of the ICC Mexican Arbitration Day.

Objective/ event description

The conference will feature a roundtable dedicated to discuss the current panorama of arbitration and its development over the last decades in the Latin-American region. It will also include debates on the future of arbitration in the Americas.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years and under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference will be an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration, and to enrich their network in the region.
