ICC tools for efficient resolution of construction disputes: Arbitration & ADR Bratislava

Bratislava, Slovakia, • Slovak and English (with simultaneous interpretation)

Organized on the occasion of the launch of the Slovak version of the ICC Arbitration Rules, this event is a unique opportunity to meet with Slovak arbitration practitioners, and many more in the region. Special focus will be on construction arbitration in Slovakia and the Central European region, however, the program also contains a general presentation of the recently revised ICC Arbitration Rules.


Members of the arbitration community will discuss the tools that the ICC as a leading dispute resolution institution offers to efficiently resolve construction and other disputes. The first of three panels will present the general features of international arbitration and ICC arbitration in particular; whereas the second panel will aim at clarifying the challenges of the construction disputes, and the third panel with narrow the focus on the Slovak and the Central European experience in construction cases.
