ICC Tanzanian Arbitration Day

ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC Africa Commission will be hosting their 1st ICC Tanzanian Arbitration Day, which will bring together leading practitioners from Tanzania and abroad to discuss key issues in domestic and international arbitration.


Topics to be discussed include ‘Innovations in ICC Practices’, ‘Best practices in international arbitration’, ‘Case Strategy and Preparation for Effective Advocacy’ and ‘The Judiciary’s Role in shaping Tanzania’s Arbitration Landscape’.
