ICC & SCL – Egypt Annual Conference 2016

The ICC International Court of Arbitration and SCL Egypt is co-organizing a conference The conference, generously sponsored by ICC Egypt, BonnelliErede, Shawid Law Firm, and Youssef & Partners will take place in Cairo on 5-6 December 2016.


This conference is about construction laws, construction claims management dispute resolution in light of the new developments in Egypt. The conference will focus on ICC Dispute Resolution Services and on the updates on the SCL delay and disruption Protocol.

Drawn on the experience of renowned construction arbitration practitioners in a multicultural and international environment, the conference will include a mock ICC construction arbitration training and a mock ICC construction mediation case that will provide an in-depth understanding of the ICC arbitration and mediation procedure under the ICC Rules of Arbitration and the ICC Rules of Mediation.

VAT@10%: EGP 360

The fee includes working papers, refreshments, lunch, and reception.

Travel and accommodation:

Travel and hotel expenses are not included. Participants are free to make their own travel arrangements and hotel reservations.

Cancellation charge:

50% of the contribution to costs will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received in writing on/after 15 November, 2016 . Cancellations after this date are not refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another person at no extra charge, provided that notice is sent to info@sclegypt.com prior to 1st December 2016
