Launch of the ICC Revised Rules of Arbitration

The ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC Mexico are organising an event in Mexico to launch a revised version of the 2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration

Highlights
The ICC has made amendments to the Arbitration Rules with the goal of increasing efficiency and transparency of the arbitral proceedings that are administered by the ICC Court and its secretariat. These new rules came into force as of 1 March 2017.

The most important aspects of these amendments is that it offers an expedited procedure providing for a streamlined arbitration with reduced scales of fees.

This seminar to the new rules will be given by José Ricardo Feris, Deputy Secretary General of the ICC Court of Arbitration and other renowned arbitration professionals.

Practicing lawyers, corporate counsels, in-house counsels, arbitrators and other dispute resolution services practitioners, academics and professionals involved and/or interested in obtaining further knowledge and keep up to date with domestic and international arbitration in Latin America.
