ICC Prague Arbitration Day 2019

ICC PAD 2019 is a unique one-day conference focusing on the different perspectives of in-house counsel, lawyers and arbitrators, following the successful ICC PAD 2018 which boasted 100 attendees from 19 countries.


This Conference will consist of four blocks discussing following topics:

3: Price Adjustment Evaluation in Post-M&A Disputes

4: Taking Evidence in International Commercial Arbitration: CEE Specifics

It is a great opportunity to share experience and trends in international commercial arbitration among professionals about the CEE and European region and to establish a wide platform for networking.
