The ICC MEXICAN ARBITRATION DAY is an event organized by the ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC Mexico, which aim is to discuss current topics related to alternative dispute resolution from a Latin American perspective.
This first edition of the conference will address theoretical and practical cases related to the quantification of damages in cross-border arbitral proceedings. Ana Serra e Moura, Deputy Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration will share her experience with the audience. This session will also count on the participation of expert speakers, coming from different parts of the world, who will provide an international perspective with regard to the determination, estimation and reparation of damages in international arbitration.
Additionally, the Latin-American Chapter of the Young Arbitrators Forum of the ICC (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference 6 September 2017. More information regarding the program and how to register will be available shortly.

Practicing lawyers, corporate counsel, in-house counsel, arbitrators and other dispute resolution services practitioners, academics, business and public sectors, civil society, and professionals involved and/or interested in obtaining further knowledge about keeping up to date with domestic and international arbitration in Latin America.
