The ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC India are co-organizing a conference with the support of ICCA. The conference is generously sponspored by Clyde & Co and SILF and will take place in New Delhi, on 26 November 2016.

Description

The number of India-based parties involved in international arbitration has risen rapidly in recent years, fuelled by a booming economy and growth in cross-border trade. The objective of the conference is to inter alia discuss topics related to saving time and costs in international arbitration, the impact of the Arbitration Amendment Act, 2015 while also focusing on ICC dispute resolution services.
