ICC India Arbitration Conference

ICC India and ICC International Court of Arbitration with the active support of the ICC India Arbitration Group will be hosting this conference bringing together leading practitioners to discuss key issues in domestic and international arbitration, with a special attention being placed to Indian practice and experiences under the ICC Arbitration Rules; the recently introduced Expedited Procedure and the Court’s policy decisions on transparency.

The ICC continues to show a rise in parties from South East Asia and in particular, India.
