ICC India Arbitration Conference Pune

In continuation of ICC India Arbitration Conference series, this conference is organised by ICC India and the ICC International Court of Arbitration in association with the Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA).


The half day conference will have two panel discussions on ‘Changes in the Arbitration Act and ICC Institutional Arbitration’ and ‘Domestic practices in Arbitration – “The Good, the bad and the ugly”?’.

The event will bring together leading practitioners from India and abroad to share their arbitration experiences and engage in interactive debates with a special focus on Indian practice and experiences under the ICC Arbitration Rules.

Who should attend?

All in-house counsel, legal practitioners, arbitrators and academics interested in the field of dispute resolution. The conference is also open to business people who wish to learn more about arbitration as an option for Dispute Resolution in India.
