ICC India Arbitration Conference

In continuation of ICC India Arbitration Conference series, this conference will bring together leading practitioners to discuss key issues in domestic and international arbitration, with a special focus on Indian practice and experiences under the ICC Arbitration Rules; the Expedited Procedure and the Court’s policy decisions on transparency.


This conference organized by ICC India and the ICC International Court of Arbitration will provide an active platform for participants to express their views and engage in interactive debates.

The opening session will be followed by two panel discussions involving Indian and Foreign practitioners.

Topics include ‘ICC and Institutional Arbitration vs. Ad-Hoc Arbitration’ and ‘Role of Courts: Pre-Arbitration, During and Post Arbitration’.

All in-house counsel, legal practitioners, arbitrators and academics interested in the field of dispute resolution. The conference is also open to business people who wish to learn more about arbitration as an option for Dispute Resolution in India.
