ICC India Arbitration Conference

In continuation of ICC India Arbitration Conference series, this conference will bring together leading practitioners to discuss key issues in domestic and international arbitration, with a special attention being placed to Indian practice and experiences under the ICC Arbitration Rules; the recently introduced Expedited Procedure and the Court’s policy decisions on transparency.


ICC India and ICC International Court of Arbitration with the active support of the ICC India Arbitration Group will be hosting this conference that will provide an active platform for participants to express their views and engage in interactive debates. An inaugural session will be followed by three panel discussions and a lecture involving several Indian and foreign practitioners.

The ICC continues to show a rise in parties from South East Asia and in particular, India.
