ICC: Conference on International Commercial

The ICC International Court of Arbitration is co-organizing a conference with the Southern India Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Nani Palkivala Arbitration Centre. The conference is generously sponspored by Clyde & Co and SILF and will take place in Chennai, on 25 November 2016.

Description

The number of India-based parties involved in international arbitration has risen rapidly in recent years, fuelled by a booming economy and growth in cross-border trade. The objective of the conference is to inter alia discuss topics related to saving time and costs in international arbitration, the impact of the Arbitration Amendment Act, 2015 while also focusing on ICC dispute resolution services.

In-house counsels, lawyers and arbitrators, government representatives and business executives.
