ICC Canada International Arbitration Conference

Toronto, Canada, • English

Each year, ICC Canada, the Canadian National Committee to the ICC, holds a conference to discuss issues surrounding Canadian and international arbitration and best practices.

ICC Canada’s Annual International Arbitration Conference gathers Canadians practicing international arbitration at home and abroad, in-house counsel, arbitrators, and leading representatives from the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris to share practical insight on key issues such as data security in arbitration, trends in the enforcement of arbitration awards, how arbitrators exercise discretion and restraint in their decision-making, and global interpretations of the gold standard of arbitrators’ independence and impartiality. Want to learn more about international arbitration? Please join us for informative sessions and networking on October 14, 2016 in Toronto.
