The ICC International Court of Arbitration is co-organizing together with ICC United Arab Emirates a conference on ICC Arbitration Perspectives. It is generously sponsored by Al Aidarous , Alsahlawi Group and Al Tamimi & Co, the conference will take place in Dubai on 16 November.


The ICC International Court of Arbitration is organizing a conference during the Dubai arbitration week.

The first panel will focus on a presentation of the new ICC Report on Financial Institutions and International Arbitration . The Report proposes a series of recommendations to address issues susceptible to increase the attractiveness of international arbitration to financial institutions.

The second panel entitled ” The doors are open – or are they?” will address the quest for diversity in arbitration, hot and current topic in international arbitration.

A joint ICC YAF, YIAG, ICDR Y&I and DIAC event organized on the eve of the conference will also tackle diversity in international Arbitration.
