The ICC International Court of Arbitration, ICC Poland and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow are organizing their third series of workshops on international arbitration. The course will consist of five weekend workshops from the 17 March to the 21 April and is supported by PwC.

Description

The ICC International Court of Arbitration, ICC Poland and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow are organizing their third series of workshops on international arbitration. The programme will be based on a mock case study of a commercial dispute arbitrated and mediated through simulated ICC proceedings.

Top-tier international arbitration and ADR experts, including representatives of ICC Secretariat, distinguished practising lawyers – counsel, arbitrators, mediators – of various jurisdictions as well as forensic experts from PwC and academics will teach the course that consists of five weekend workshops. The programme will be moderated by Maria Hauser-Morel, Counsel, ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Professionals and academics wishing to gain an in-depth understanding of the ICC proceedings and develop skills to represent parties successfully in arbitration
