ICC and the International Maritime Community – Incoterms and Dispute Resolution Tools

The event is an opportunity for all professionals involved and/or interested in maritime issues to exchange with ICC representatives on what are the various tools offered by ICC to facilitate maritime trade.

Description

The first panel will present the Incoterms, an essential tool for drafting maritime and para-maritime contracts and look ahead to the future revision planned for 2020. The second panel will introduce the ICC dispute resolution tools, present ICC and its International Court of Arbitration, the characteristics of the ICC Arbitration Rules and will share ICC experience of dispute resolution in maritime case.
