Too fast, too slow or just right? Duration, timing and timeliness in ICC arbitration

The ICC International Court of Arbitration is organizing an event to discuss the efficient way to manage time in ICC Arbitration.


This ICC conference will take place on the occasion of the 22nd Annual IBA International Arbitration Day: “Beyond the Governing Law: Mandatory Rules, Lois de police, Trade Sanctions and Other Conflicts of Laws” and will feature a roundtable discussion of the new ICC Commission Report on Emergency Arbitrator Proceedings, ICC Expedited Proceedings, summary disposition of claims and defenses, and timely rendering of ICC arbitral awards.
