The Expedited Procedure Provisions of the Revised ICC Rules of Arbitration

The ICC Canada Arbitration Committee is hosting two lunchtime seminars, in Montréal and Toronto, to help arbitrators, lawyers and in-house counsel familiarize themselves with the amendments to the ICC Rules of Arbitration, which entered into force on 1 March 2017.


Presented by Marek Krasula, Counsel of the North American team of the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and with the participation of Pierre Bienvenu, Canada’s alternate member of the ICC Court, the seminars will feature a discussion and Q & A on the revisions to the ICC Rules, particularly the new expedited procedure provisions, all of which aim to further enhance the efficiency and transparency of ICC arbitrations
