Effective Dispute Resolution for International Business Transactions

The conference will introduce and present the current trends in international commercial arbitration as well as promote arbitration after the full liberalization of the foreign trade relations of Iceland in March 2017.

Description

This Conference is the first of two events co-organized by the ICC International Court of Arbitration on international arbitration as an effective tool for international commercial dispute resolution. It will be followed by the Round Table Practical Issues of International Arbitration and in Particular ICC Arbitration on 8 September 2017.
