The ICC International Court of Arbitration is organizing an event in Buenos Aires on the occasion of the 21st Annual IBA International Arbitration Day: “The Rule of Law created by international arbitrators – between Pacta Sunt Servanda and bona fide”.

Description

This ICC event will provide in depth enlightments of the New ICC Appointing Authority Rules, Sealed Offers and Dispositive Motions. Speakers will include Alexis Mourre, President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, as well as other high representatives of the ICC Secretariat.

This ICC event is organized on the occasion of the 21st Annual IBA International Arbitration Day: “The Rule of Law created by international arbitrators – between Pacta Sunt Servanda and bona fide” scheduled to take place on 25-26 February 2018.
