Yet, practitioners often treat expert evidence and witnesses with much circumspection and are told to tread gently. In this seminar, we explore how to engage, prepare and cross-examine expert witnesses.

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years and under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel, experts or academics.
