Demystifying Expert Evidence

Singapore, Singapore, • English

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference generously sponsored by Accuracy, on how to engage, prepare and cross-examine expert witnesses.

Description

Given the increasing complexity of disputes, expert evidence plays an important role in arbitration. Yet, practitioners often treat expert evidence and witnesses with much circumspection and are told to tread gently. In this seminar, we explore how to engage, prepare and cross-examine expert witnesses.

This event takes place as part of the 3rd ICC Asia Conference on International Arbitration.

Who should attend?
This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years and under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel, experts or academics. The ICC YAF Conference will be an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration, and to enrich their network in the region.
