Breakfast Discussion: The ICC Court Today

The International Chamber of Commerce is co-organizing, with Baker & McKenzie, NYIAC, and the International Arbitration Club of New York, an event entitled “The ICC Court Today,” to be held in New York City on 14 June.


This breakfast event will be an interactive discussion with Jose Ricardo Feris , Deputy Secretary General of the ICC, regarding use of ICC as an administering institution, and recent ICC Court initiatives concerning transparency, efficiency, and diversity, including: cost consequences resulting from unjustified delays in submitting draft arbitration awards to the Court, publication of the names of ICC arbitrators and decisions in challenges to arbitrators and new guidelines for disclosure of arbitrator conflicts. The discussion will be moderated by Grant Hanessian of Baker & McKenzie.
