The 6th edition of the annual conference ICC BRAZILIAN ARBITRATION DAY, organized by the ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC Brazil, will host the launch of the new case management office of the ICC Court in Brazil. Alexis Mourre, President of the ICC Court, will explain the main objective and purpose of this new office, as well as its future prospects in Brazil.
Furthermore, it will feature the amendments to the ICC Rules of Arbitration, made with the aim of further increasing the efficiency and transparency of ICC arbitration proceedings, which entered into force on 1 March 2017.
This 6th edition of the 2017 ICC BAD will bring together world-class arbitration experts. The topics to be discussed this year include an analysis of recent Brazilian case law, as well as discussions regarding the key features of infrastructure and insurance disputes.
