Black gold and gas: An ICC perspective on energy-related disputes

The conference will consist of a key note address from the Honourable Robert French AC, the former Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia, followed by a panel discussion on energy disputes and ICC Arbitration in Australia.

Description

The key note address will focus on ‘Investment Arbitration – Movement in the Asia Pacific Region’. The panellists will then present their views on issues and pitfalls in energy disputes; the role of ICC’s Australian National committee, appointment of arbitrators and our experience as arbitrators in Asia; and what’s new in ICC arbitration – in Australia and internationally.
