The ICC International Court of Arbitration is co-organizing a conference with the Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. The conference, generously hosted and sponsored by Dentons, with the support of Lexis Nexis will take place in Shanghai, China on 3 November.

Description

This is a half-day conference titled better Dispute RĂ©solutions, Better International Business includes a number of speakers representing the largest possible circle of professional organizations, academic institutions and people who have experience on investment arbitration and international arbitration. They will discuss the latest development and hot issues on international investment arbitration and share their experience on investment arbitration.
