IX CAI Costa Rica: Arbitration Infrastructure and Development

San Jose, Costa Rica, • Spanish and English with simultaneous translation

ICC Costa Rica is organizing its IX International Arbitration Congress. The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum will hold a conference on the eve of this event.

The IX International Arbitration Congress “Arbitration, Infrastructure and Development” organized annually by ICC Costa Rica will include this year discussions on the role of arbitration on the infrastructure projects, interactive debates and networking opportunities with leading construction practitioners, arbitration specialists and lawyers from around the world. This event will also count with two workshops: a first one, regarding how to prepare an effective case with multiple claims?  and a second one, regarding damage assessment.

Additionally, the Latin-American Chapter of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference that will precede the IX International Arbitration Congress of ICC Costa Rica, on 7 March 2017

Who should attend?

Practicing lawyers, corporate counsel, in-house counsel, arbitrators and other dispute resolution services practitioners, academics and professionals involved and/or interested in obtaining further knowledge and keep up to date with domestic and international arbitration in Latin America.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsoring this conference will give your company  global recognition to reach arbitrators, in-house counsels, business people, and lawyers and legal practitioners involved in international arbitration. Through this sponsorship you have the opportunity to reach thousands of legal practitioners in the Americas and Europe.

We estimate around 125 participants from the Americas and the European region.
