The 7th edition of the ICC Brazilian Arbitration Day will gather leading practitioners to discuss sensitive issues in international arbitration, with special attention given to Brazilian practice and experiences under the ICC Arbitration Rules.

Description

The 7th ICC Brazilian Arbitration Day will gather leading practitioners to discuss sensitive issues and recent developments in international arbitration, with a special focus on Brazilian practice and experiences under the ICC Arbitration Rules. New ICC policies and practices will be explained in depth. This event will be preceded by a conference organized by the Latin-American Chapter of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) on 12 March 2017.

Who should attend?

Practicing lawyers, corporate counsels, in-house counsels, arbitrators and other dispute resolution services practitioners, academics and professionals involved and/or interested in obtaining further knowledge and keep up to date with domestic and international arbitration in Brazil and Latin America.
