2nd ICC Portuguese Arbitration Day

Lisbon, Portugal, • English and Portuguese (with simultaneous translation)

The 2nd ICC Portuguese Arbitration Day is co-organised by the International Court of Arbitration and ICC Portugal and aims to consider and discuss the latest developments in international arbitration. Its conclusions will contribute to develop and update arbitration at an international scale.


The conference will gather in Lisbon a number of specialists from all over the world to consider and discuss the latest developments in international arbitration.

Topics for discussion will include ICC institutional updates throughout a year on the new regulation on process administration, questions on the misuse of arbitration proceedings, regional developments in international arbitration and investment, the challenges on complex sectorial arbitrations and administration of arbitration.

Who should attend?

Lawyers (with practice on litigation and arbitration), legal director and consultants from companies involved on international commercial arbitration, students and others legal professionals.
