2nd ICC India Arbitration Day

Mumbai, India, • English

The second edition of the annual ICC India Arbitration Day will bring together leading practitioners from India and abroad to discuss key issues in domestic and international arbitration, with a special attention being placed to Indian practice and experiences under the ICC Arbitration Rules.

Following the successful inaugural session organised last year in Delhi, attended by more than 180 delegates, this conference organized by ICC India and the ICC International Court of Arbitration will provide an active platform for participants to express their views and engage in interactive debates.

The conference will have an inaugural session followed by three interactive panel discussions and observations by a foreign practitioner.

Topics include ‘ICC Arbitration in India: The year that has gone by and the legislative evolution’, “The Non-Responsive Respondent! – Taking arbitration forward and how?” and “Experts Talk! – The role of Experts in an international arbitration”.

Who should attend?

All in-house counsel, legal practitioners, arbitrators and academics interested in the field of dispute resolution. The conference is also open to business people who wish to learn more about arbitration as an option for Dispute Resolution in India.
