YCAP/ICC YAF 2018 Fall Symposium

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) and Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners (YCAP) are holding a Fall Symposium on Parallel Proceedings and Transparency in Investor-State Arbitrations.


The Symposium will feature a key note speech by Arbitrator Lucy Greenwood, followed by two investor-state themed panels, one on parallel proceedings, and the other on transparency.

The Symposium will be followed by a joint cocktail reception with ICC Canada.
