1st ICC Indonesia Arbitration Day

ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC Indonesia will be hosting their 1st ICC Indonesia Arbitration Day to discuss key issues in domestic and international arbitration with a special attention being placed to Indonesian practice and experiences under the ICC Arbitration Rules.


The conference will have an inaugural session followed by four interactive panel discussions. Topics to be discussed include ‘Innovations in ICC Practices’, ‘Oral advocacy in international arbitration’, ‘Best practices in international arbitration’ and ‘Arbitration in the energy infrastructure including enforcement’,

Who should attend?

All in-house counsel, legal practitioners, arbitrators and academics interested in the field of dispute resolution. The conference is also open to business people who wish to learn more about arbitration as an option for Dispute Resolution in Indonesia
