1st ICC India Arbitration Day

ICC India and the ICC International Court of Arbitration will be hosting the 1st edition of the ICC India Arbitration Day in New Delhi. The maiden edition of this event will bring together world-class arbitration experts and provide an active platform to around 150 participants to express their views and engage in interactive debates with world class arbitration experts.


The event will be hosted by ICC India and the ICC International Court of Arbitration with the active support of the ICC India Arbitration Group.

The inaugural session of the conference will see addresses by the Hon’ble Judge, Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Hon’ble Judge of the High Court of Delhi as also the President, ICC International Court of Arbitration among others.

Topics include the use and advantages of the new ICC Arbitration Rules 2017 and guidance on expedited procedures; role of Institutions in saving time and costs in International Arbitration as also Expert Evidence in International Arbitration including the need, value and management of expert evidence.

Who should attend?

All in-house counsel, legal practitioners, arbitrators and academics interested in the field of dispute resolution. The conference is also open to business people who wish to learn more about arbitration as an option for Dispute Resolution in India.
