If you would like to participate as a professional in the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition—and have not previously done so before—please complete this application form.

Please submit your application no later than 21 October, 2018.

  • Please put University studies and Academic degrees after current professional activity
  • For example Lawyer, Partner at Freshgreen etc.
  • Please indicate the name of the institution or organization in which you have obtained the qualification and the hours spent in training.
  • Please indicate the name of the institution or organization in which you have obtained the accreditation.
  • Please name at least two referees, who can comment on your mediation training, skills, style and experience, including their contact e-mail or phone.

  • Please also define the hours spent in the mediation(s)

  • Please indicate whether you would prefer to act as mediator or judge or both during the Competition. Please note that this indication will be taken into consideration by the Organizing Committee solely as a preference.

  • In order to submit your application to participate in the 14th ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition, ICC asks that you consent to provide certain personal information that will allow us to handle the application and follow up with the outcome. This information will be handled by ICC’s internal teams and will not be shared with any ICC affiliates or with any third parties, except if you consent below. This information will be held for a maximum of two years before it is deleted. In accordance with laws on the protection of personal data, you have a right to request from ICC, as data controller, access, rectification, erasure of personal data, and restriction or objection to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, CNIL
