With the possibility of welcoming both large and small groups alike, each space combines impeccable services and amenities to create the ideal setting for your hearings, meetings and conferences.
Rooms are accessible Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm. We are happy to accommodate special requests, if made in advance, should you like to reserve a room during the weekend or for extended hours.
Once booked, you will be given a badge upon arrival. This badge provides access to:
- enter the building until 7pm
- the elevators
- the first floor/meeting rooms
- the restaurant located on level -1
- the breakout room
For easy accessibility, we have negotiated preferential rates with a number of selected hotels within walking distance of our facility. To browse through our complete list of hotels, please contact us via email.
We have three hearing rooms, each of which are equipped with professional-level microphones, audio recording material, a video projector and projector screen(s). Two of these rooms also include a translation booth with a headset for each participant.
Please note that audio recordings are upon request only. If you wish to have a copy of the recording please, please contact one of our representatives. We can help you download the recording directly to your computer or provide you with a CD within a few days for a nominal fee.
High-speed WiFi is available in all our meeting rooms and waiting areas. For access, simply look for the ICC connection—no password is required at present.
Conference calls and video conferencing
Conference calling and IP and RNIS video conferencing is possible in all of our rooms. To request the conference call service, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours in advance. To request video conferencing service, please let us know one week in advance to facilitate testing.
Court reporting and interpreters
If needed, we can recommend court reporters and interpreters. All our recommendations are from experienced professionals who have worked on ICC and other arbitration cases, in a several of languages.
We have a secured confidential documents bin, as well as a shredder located in our photo copy room.
Photo copying, printing and fax
Our reception staff is happy to assist with all your photo copying, printing and faxing needs. We also have a self-service copier readily available should you prefer. Please note that there is a small charge of 10 cents per page for black and white copies and 85 cents for colour copies.
We are happy to receive and send documents and other materials on your behalf. Please notify us if you intend to send anything to us by courier. We kindly ask that you clearly mark your name, company and arrival date on the outside of any boxes. We can organise pickup with the courier of your choice prior to your departure. Please pack and label the boxes you wish to be couriered and indicate them to the reception desk. The cost will be charged to your Hearing Centre bill. Our delivery entrance is located at 53, rue de Longchamp, 75016, Paris.
Food and beverages
While attending a conference, meeting or hearing, we provide complimentary coffee, tea, mineral water and biscuits throughout the day. Fresh pastries are also served in the morning.
For lunching, we can order a light and fresh meal that includes a delicatessen starter, main course and dessert or alternatively a sandwich or salad. To order, please provide us with at least 24 hours in advance. You may also access our self-service restaurant, conveniently located within our building. The restaurant is open from noon to 2pm. A pass will be required to enter. Should you not have one, please notify the reception desk. For convenience, all these options can be charged to your Hearing Centre bill.
