Vacancy (CDD 4 months renewable) with the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration

The Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration is currently recruiting a Project Assistant for its Training & Conferences department.

The position is based at ICC’s headquarters in Paris.

The role involves the following tasks (non-exhaustive list):

– Assist in the updating of the programmes of the various trainings and conferences

– Assist in the promotion of events managed by the Project Managers, including sending and updating promotional e-mailings, flyers

– Assist in the preparation of documentation and material needed for events (badges, logistical information, programme, speakers’ presentations and biographies, working documents, event app)

– Assist in logistical coordination: before (venue reservations, badges, nameplates, google documents forms for attendees, etc), on site (registration desk)  and after an event (conference report, statistics etc.).

The candidate must have good computer skills (Office at least), very good communication and organizational skills. The candidate must have a very good attitude towards team-work.

Excellent oral and written English is essential. Knowledge of French, Spanish and Portuguese could be an advantage.

The Project Assistant will report directly to one of the Project Managers of the department.
