Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Human Resources (Paris)

We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure our world business organisation recruits and retains the right talent to deliver on our global mission. The position is for a permanent contract (CDI) reporting to the ICC Global Human Resources Director.
The role
In this role your main responsibilities will be to:
- Serve as a business partner to internal stakeholders, managing all stages of the recruitment journey;
- Use your expertise to assist hiring managers in efficiently filling career opportunities with the most appropriate candidate within given timeframes;
- Define and implement the ICC recruitment dashboard via ATS with a data-driven approach to analyse and enhance recruitment processes, offering informed advice and recommendations.
Your main tasks and duties will be to:
- Define role requirements and draft attention-grabbing job descriptions to attract high-calibre candidates;
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates;
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills and suitability for the position;
- Guide candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring a positive and smooth application experience;
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant networks/agencies and schools;
- Manage the recruitment of ICC interns and their onboarding;
- Collect and share regular metrics across Talent Acquisition using our ATS with ICC leaders and HR colleagues;
- Acquire knowledge of peer institutions and utilise market data and intelligence to update ICC Talent Acquisition practices;
- Drive or contribute to projects aiming to continually improve ICC hiring processes;
- Enhance recruitment tools and practices where required based on feedback from internal clients and candidates;
- Manage the recruitment activity and reports in the ATS.
Requirements
- At least five years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in an international context
- Excellent ability to assess people and recognise what Talent looks like
- Curious and interested in understanding ICC’s industry and business
- Practical and effective, combining strong business acumen and common sense to drive actionable recommendations
- Exceptional soft skills including interpersonal skills and reputation for honesty, transparency, and directness with various organisational levels
- Good knowledge of international mobility and immigration processes
- Hands-on approach with ability to multitask and effectively prioritise daily workloads.
- Problem solver who seeks innovative ways to achieve targets
- Good understanding of local employment laws
- Strong influencing, organisational, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to influence senior management
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Experience in managing an ATS
