Project Manager – ICC Dispute Resolution Services (Paris)
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Dispute Resolution Services department and lead projects that drive our operational excellence and optimise our dispute resolution digital ecosystem.

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) department and lead projects that drive our operational excellence and optimise our dispute resolution digital ecosystem.
The role
Reporting to the DRS Digital Programme Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing DRS projects and workstreams, working in close coordination with the DRS Digital Programme Manager and the DRS Office of the Secretary General;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and coordinating project deliverables;
- Monitor project health, timelines, and task assignment using dedicated tools, including MS Projects;
- Scheduling, preparing, moderating and documenting project-specific meetings, as well as any additional ad hoc meetings needed;
- Managing and monitoring technical project implementation backlog using Azure DevOps;
- Maintaining relationships with external vendors and service providers;
- Developing and tracking key performance indicators to assess project effectiveness and operational performance;
- Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes;
- Analysing current business processes, creating detailed process maps, and identifying areas for improvement.
Your profile
Don’t hesitate to apply if you:
- Hold a university degree in project management, business administration, or a related field;
- Have gained first-hand experience in project management, preferably within an international organisation, strategy consultancy, or similar environment;
- Are proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Visio, Azure DevOps is a plus). Project Management/Lean 6 Sigma certifications are highly desirable.
- Are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational and time-management skills;
- Are able to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment;
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail;
- Can demonstrate excellent organisational, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
- Are curious and autonomous;
- Are proficient in English with exceptional oral and written communication skills. French is an asset.
