Global Human Resources Talent Acquisition Manager (Paris)
We are currently recruiting our Talent Acquisition Manager on a permanent contract (CDI) reporting to the Global Human Resources Director.

We are currently recruiting our Talent Acquisition Manager on a permanent contract (CDI) reporting to the Global Human Resources Director.
The role
- Manage the Recruitment Process across the different ICC activities from drafting the job announcements to selecting the best talents.
- React as an advisor to internal stakeholders to define the roles and select the best candidate to achieve our strategic goals.
- Drive the immigration processes in different locations for newcomers and make sure all the pre-onboarding steps are correctly performed including the signature of a contract of employment.
- Assist in coordinating the arrival of the new hire with other HR team members for the preparation of the onboarding process.
- Consciously select new ICC employees who match our mission, culture, and values.
Main tasks and duties
- Responsible for managing the recruitment process from writing (or co-writing) and publishing job advertisements, candidate pipelining up to issuing candidate offers – you will monitor the recruiting process and plan
- Provide a great recruitment experience for our candidates and managers by providing best in class service, guidance, and advice
- Develop and deliver a Talent Acquisition strategy that includes attraction and engagement of the top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant networks/agencies, schools
- Pull together regular metrics across Talent Acquisition to share with ICC leaders and HR colleagues
- Encourage continuous process improvement and adoption of best practices for the recruitment practices
- Be aware of regulatory requirements pertaining to Talent Acquisition in different ICC locations
- Build knowledge of competitor institutions and use market data and intelligence to update ICC Talent Acquisition strategy
- Demonstrate ability as a Talent Acquisition subject matter and location expert to advise on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels, which support the development of diverse and qualified candidate pool
- Manage the immigration process for new hires in different locations
- Coordinate the new hire arrival at ICC with the Global Human Resources team
- Assist in reporting and analysing the recruitment KPIs, budget, planning and process
- Work on improving our Employer branding through social media and coordination with the ICC Global Marketing and Communications team
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment
- Great ability in assessing people and knowing what Talent looks like
- Curious and interested in understanding ICC industry and business
- Practical and effective, capable of combining strong business and common senses, the ideal candidate will drive towards practical and implementable recommendations
- Must have a positive and commercial “can-do” attitude consistently delivering above expectations
- Excellent listener and communicator with strong personal image and poise, recognised for being honest, upfront, and direct with various levels of the organisation
- Good knowledge about international mobility and immigration processes
- Must have hands-on and able to multitask and prioritise your daily workload
- Be a problem solver and love to find new and better ways to reach targets
- Good knowledge of location employment laws
- Excellent influencing, organisational, negotiation and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively influence senior management
- Must have a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and French
