Executive Assistant – ICC Dispute Resolution Services (Paris)
We are currently seeking to appoint a skilled Executive Assistant to work in our Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) department, assisting primarily the President of the International Court of Arbitration (ICA) on activities related to their function, under the supervision of the ICA Secretary General/Director of DRS.

We are currently seeking to appoint a skilled Executive Assistant to work in our Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) department, assisting primarily the President of the International Court of Arbitration (ICA) on activities related to their function, under the supervision of the ICA Secretary General/Director of DRS.
The Role:
- Organize the calendar (appointments, meetings, etc.)
- Travel planning (including visas, expense reimbursement, etc.)
- Deal with correspondence (drafting and formatting messages in English and French, screening of documents to be submitted for signature, etc.)
- Deal with telephone calls (filtering, taking messages, answering to current queries, etc.)
- Organize meetings and internal/external conferences (coordinating with the organizers and participants)
- Filing documents
- Be the point of contact for colleagues
- Follow up and update ongoing project files (gathering information and preparing documents)
- Coordinate Court activities with the members of the Court and ICC staff and the ICC governing bodies
- Liaise with other ICC entities (such as ICC National Committees.)
- Collect information and format notes, presentations and speeches
- Prepare reports for travel expenses and fees notes
- Replace other Executive Assistants in case of absences
- Perform other tasks upon request by the Secretary General of the Court
Requirements:
- Fully proficient in English and French. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
- PC computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proven experience (minimum three years’ experience) as personal assistant
- Experience in an international and legal environment would be desirable
- Organized, attentive to detail
- Able to work in an international environment
- Able to work with tight deadlines and to react to unforeseen situations
- Able to work autonomously, an to prioritize, respect deadlines and handle confidential information
