Digital Platform Administrator (Paris)

ICC’s Information Systems Department is currently looking for a Digital Platform Administrator to support ICC’s digital transformation through the management of a portfolio of digital applications and solutions to foster the end-to-end digital experience of users and stakeholders. The Digital Platform Administrator will collaborate with the Information Technology and support teams on infrastructure, support, IAM, and security-related topics.

The role

Platform management

• Manage ICC’s portfolio of applications and technology solutions, driving digital implementation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure proper governance and audit trails for all projects and initiatives.
• Proactively improve user experience across digital applications and platforms.
• Liaise with providers and vendors to deliver design solutions.
• Resolve any issues or incidents related to digital applications.
• Ensure daily management of digital and IT applications, including installation and upgrades.

User experience and design

• Contribute to building a digital design system, including UX patterns, UI components, and documentation.
• Propose design solutions and advocate for user-centric design principles.
• Stay up to date with design and technology trends and suggest improvements to the design process and systems.

Project management

• Assess the feasibility of IT and digital projects, oversee the development process, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the application life cycle.
• Gather requirements, prepare RFPs, benchmark service providers, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets, reporting, testing, and user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in similar roles.
• Technologies and systems knowledge:
  • Proficiency in most recent software and systems including SaaS, PaaS, LowCode/NoCode platforms
  • Good understanding of Azure services such as Compute, Web and Application oriented (LogicApp, FunctionApp, AppServices)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Modern App (Power Platform Suite, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, multi-cloud and hybrid systems
  • Solid programming and scripting skills, including PowerShell, PHP, .NET, JSON, Python, C#, SQL
  • Knowledge of security governance application (AppSec) and basics of SSO, MFA and PIM
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps approaches and business continuity principles is a plus
• User experience and design skills
  • Strong ability to connect business needs with technology solutions
  • Strong knowledge of web and mobile design patterns and front-end web development
  • Strong understanding of UX processes and usability principles
  • Effective prototyping skills using wireframing or prototyping tools such as Protopie, Figma, SparkAR, Blender, or Adobe Suite (PS, AI, XD, PR) is a plus
• Project management and communication skills:
  • Effective project management, change management skills using tools such as Jira, MS DevOps, MS Project
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Well organised, rigorous, curious, dynamic and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
  • Client-service oriented with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to speak to top-level management and address large audiences is a plus
  • Ability to work in English. Good command of French is an advantage
