Cybersecurity and Data Manager

ICC is currently recruiting a Cybersecurity and Data Manager who will be responsible for administering and securing our data platform, implementing cybersecurity measures, and ensuring responsible and ethical adoption of AI solutions. This role will play a critical part in managing data integrity, availability, confidentiality, and the overall cybersecurity posture of the organisation.
The role
Cybersecurity
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures, adhering to NIST Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Risk Management Framework.
- Administer identity and access management systems, ensuring appropriate user access controls and privileges.
- Implement AI solutions responsibly and ethically, addressing privacy, bias, and other ethical concerns.
- Stay updated with cybersecurity best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001 certification and implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Data Management
- Administer and maintain the data platform, including data mesh, API and enterprise data integration gateway, ensuring smooth data flows, storage, and access.
- Implement and monitor data quality controls, data cleansing strategies, and data integration methodologies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Oversee the integration of core systems such as CRM, ERP, and other applications to provide a comprehensive client 360 view and support financial reporting.
- Coordinate physical archive digitalisation initiatives and implement electronic signature solutions for enhanced document management.
- Explore and implement data marketplace/e-commerce and data shop solutions to enable efficient data sharing and monetisation within the organisation.
Legal and compliance
- Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and facilitate data governance initiatives.
- Provide support for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (at least 7 years) in cybersecurity and data management.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles, data mesh, API, and enterprise data integration gateway.
- Experience in administering and maintaining data platforms, cloud data platforms (particularly Microsoft Azure), and integration with CRM, ERP, and other core systems.
- Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) systems and principles.
- Understanding of responsible and ethical adoption of AI, including generative AI solutions.
- Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Risk Management Framework.
- Experience with ISO 27001 certification and implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Knowledge of data marketplace/e-commerce and data shop solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written). Basic knowledge of French.
