Assistants – ICC Dispute Resolution Services (Paris)
The Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration is currently recruiting two Assistants, one to work with its case management team mainly focusing on cases with Eastern Europe, and another one to help different case management teams (floating assistant).

The role
The role involves administrative tasks including:
- Daily mail (preparation of letters, correction, formatting, sending out emails and express courier letters)
- Electronic and paper archiving
- Follow up of cases under the supervision of lawyers
- Database management for the Court procedures
- Preparing Court’s documents and notification of Court’s decisions
Requirements
The candidate will:
- Be well organised, efficient, and able to work autonomously with initiative
- Have excellent computer skills (mainly Word, and Outlook)
- Be able to work in a multicultural team
- Have some administrative experience
- Possess excellent oral and written English skills
- Ideally speak an additional language (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German for the floating assistant. A language from the region for the Eastern Europe team assistant)

The Floating Assistant reports to the Internal Training & Administration Processes Manager.
The assistant of the Eastern European case management team reports to the Counsel.
Contract type and duration: CDI
Remuneration: Competitive, contingent on skills and experience
