Assistant, Common Law team – ICC Dispute Resolution Services (Paris)

The Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration is currently recruiting an Assistant, to work with its Common Law case management team. 

The role 

The role involves administrative tasks including: 

• Daily mail (preparation of letters, correction, formatting, sending out emails and express courier letters) 
• Electronic and paper archiving 
• Follow up of cases under the supervision of lawyers 
• Database management for the Court procedures 
• Preparing Court’s documents and notification of Court’s decisions 

Requirements 

The candidate will: 

• Be well organised, efficient, and able to work autonomously with initiative 
• Have excellent computer skills (mainly Word, and Outlook) 
• Be able to work in a multicultural team 
• Have some administrative experience   
• Perfectly fluent in English (oral and written)

Start date: As soon as possible 

Department: Dispute Resolution Services – The Assistant will report to the Counsel of the Common Law team. 

Contract types and duration: CDI 

Remuneration: Competitive, contingent on skills and experience
